When you come to the understanding that a belief is only a thought you keep thinking, you then realize that you get to choose what thoughts you are going to focus on and which ones you will release.
As mentioned in my post last week, “Thoughts become things,” I challenged you to implement the conveyor belt idea, which is where you look at your thoughts as though they are on a conveyor belt just passing by. You get to choose which ones you want to keep and which ones you want to put back.
You also know right away which ones you should put back by how they make you feel. If you feel any negative vibrations from any thought, that is one to release immediately. Then pick up one that leaves you feeling good and raises your vibrational level. That’s the one you want to focus on.
