What Emotions Are You Feeling?


Look at the photo and describe to yourself what you see.

What emotions are you feeling?

Try to be as detailed as possible and write them down if you can. Try to realize why you are feeling these emotions?

For example, I feel compassion when I see this photo, because….

This simple exercise can help you realize many emotional triggers in yourself, some underlying and even unfulfilled emotions (if any) that you might be carrying on in your life!
