Look at the photo and describe to yourself what you see.
What emotions are you feeling?
Try to be as detailed as possible and write them down if you can. Try to realize why you are feeling these emotions?
For example, I feel compassion when I see this photo, because….
This simple exercise can help you realize many emotional triggers in yourself, some underlying and even unfulfilled emotions (if any) that you might be carrying on in your life!
As we can’t get overly upset because of a child’s actions and deeds (since he is not mature yet and doesn’t fully understand), we can’t get mad, angry and bitter because of the deeds of others (simply because they are not mature yet and don’t understand). We all go through evolution and spiritual development on this Earth and we have to give each other time to catch up.
Remember, It’s not us against each other, it’s us for each other and helping each other get better. Just like God doesn’t quit loving us when we do wrong, we also should keep our heart open and stay merciful and compassionate towards others. Next time instead of getting upset, simply pray for that person to gain understanding and wisdom and pray for the guidance of his heart.
You might be the only one who can truly help him change his life by simply praying for him and caring.
But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44
To know Jesus is to learn how to walk in His love.
Which commandments do you remember from the Bible that teach us about love and the importance of it? Please share
It doesn’t cost a penny to spread kindness, compassion and love and the fruits of that are priceless!
May you overcome all the barriers in your mind and may you have enough courage to make the first step towards your emotional and spiritual healing and the healing of your relationships with others. Seek for an opportunity to do good and make this World a loving place for you and those around you.
While we, humans, are limited with time, speed and distance, God is everywhere and He is present at all times. His energy is live in every flower and bird, in every sunset and sunrise and yes, in you and me as well! We are all a family in Christ, united and complete in His perfect love.
Though we are unique in our own ways, we all belong to the same family and we all came from the same Creator.
May you see God in every person you meet and may love, compassion and forgiveness always guide your heart and lead you to the way of righteousness and wisdom.
We all have a free will in life.
We can either react to any situation with anger and frustration or we can go another path and choose patience and forgiveness instead. It’s much easier to choose the first path, of course, but to grow in our spirit we have to choose the 2d. We can break our ego and overcome the hurt, by letting compassion heal us inside out.
We can become clean, by replacing all the darkness in us with light (the truth given by God).
The ultimate law of the Universe is love. Everything around us was made in it.
Look at the variety of plants and flowers, animals and stars in the sky. Look at the colors and fragrances filing this Earth… Everything in Nature was made in love and is love and we, humans, are a part of it.
By having a free will, we can either do harm to those around us or we can bring more happiness, by simply spreading more kindness and compassion.
Not long ago, we didn’t have electricity all day.
It would last a few seconds and then it would shut down. It would come back on and off. I wasn’t able to cook and just used snacks to get through. In the evening I asked God to give me the electricity so that I could make some food.
What was amazing is that my stove started working right after I said the prayer. The whole hour that I was cooking, I had no interruptions what so ever and right after I put the meal on the table, the electricity went out.
I smiled, looked up in the sky and said “Thank you Lord for this miracle and for giving me just enough time to cook”. I love when God does these things for me, it’s a reminder that He hears me and He is with me.
What about you?
Did you experience anything in your life when you felt God’s presence?
Can’t wait to hear your story!
Wouldn’t the World be nicer if all people treated each other kindly and wouldn’t our life be overall happier if we would always feel understood and supported?
The truth is people were and are the same, no matter what time in history we live. We all have our own beliefs and stereotypes, opinions and misunderstandings. We all have ego and fear and everything else that makes us a human. And it’s ok to have it in us, because that’s how God created us to be. He gave us the ability to feel all these emotions.
What we don’t always realize is that we all help each other on Earth. By treating others the way we do, we don’t only learn a lesson ourselves, but also give that valuable gift of learning to someone else. We teach each other and help each other to grow spiritually. Now, it’s up to you to either stay bitter and hateful, or open up to God’s wisdom and learn from what life gives you.
There is no reward if we are good to those who are good to us, because there is no sacrifice in it. Our reward comes from breaking our ego and staying focused on what truly matters- LOVE.
If someone is mean to you, it’s a lesson of compassion and understanding.
If someone hurts you, it’s a lesson of forgiveness.
Whatever you face in life is for your own good. Remember that!
That’s how we grow spiritually, when we replace anger and fear with love.
So, let’s look at any conflict as a good lesson that can make us stronger and cleaner within.
Life takes care of us by always giving us a chance to be better.
Remove all the barriers between you and God. May no people and no circumstances ever ever steal an opportunity from you to be closer to Him. No matter how busy you are, spend at least 5 minutes every day praying, reading the Bible or doing something else that helps you stay connected spiritually. That’s what evil wants for us to be distracted by life and pulled away from the truth. Every day gives you a chance to grow, so make it your priority to evolve spiritually and get stronger in your spirit.
These are 5 powerful reminders that will help you start your day right:

Phil 4:13: I can do everything through him who gives me strength.
Prov 3:5: Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.
Phil 4:6: Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
Eph 2:8: For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God
